How This Service Works
- You complete the online order form - Our short order form collects all of the information we need to get started building your web site today.
- We set up your account and domain name - After you order, we will open your account, begin setup of your web site and register your domain name.

All changes are sent to our web site servers and your updated site is available online immediately after you've saved them. All you need are your ideas and a web browser!
Web Site Traffic Analyzer
Our Web Site Traffic Analyzer allows you to see who's visiting your site, when they're visiting and how they found you. Statistics are updated every night at midnight, so the traffic report you see contains timely and relevant data.
email Account
Every TotalWeb Personal includes a personal email account. You can read, respond to and store emails in your personal mailbox. Access your mail from any web browser!

Is there a long-term contract required?
There is no long-term contract required for our Monthly Plan. You can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice, no questions asked. Should you sign up for the Lifetime Plan, you must notify us in writing if you wish to cancel 30 days prior to your anniversary date, or you will be charged $14.95 for the next year's domain name renewal.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We start work on your web site the minute you submit your payment information. However, since it can take up to 72 hours for your domain name to be live across the Internet, you cannot start using your service for a couple of days. As soon your domain registration is complete and confirmed by our Quality Assurance staff, we will notify you via email, telephone and postal mail that your site is live and how to access your TotalWeb Tools console.
What is a web address or URL?
URL stands for Universal Resource Locator. Simply, it is a web site address, also called a domain name. For example, feelDigitalWork's web site's domain name is www.digitalwork.com. Users type the address in their browser window to get to your site. Having your own domain makes it easier for your friends and family to remember where your site can be found.
How can I make changes to my site?
TotalWeb Tools allows you to easily modify your site's content and images - and you don't need any technical know-how to do it! You can access TotalWeb Tools at your convenience, 24 hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week, by simply typing in "www.yoursite.com/:tools" and entering your personal username and password. This action will take you directly to TotalWeb Tools, where you can add or delete text, change font type or appearance, insert images and more. The program is easy - if you have used a word processor, you can use TotalWeb Tools. All changes are sent to our web site servers and your updated site is available online immediately after you've saved them. All you need are your ideas and a web browser! (Requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5+, AOL 6.0+ or newer compatible web browser)
Can DigitalWork help edit and make changes to my site?
With the TotalWeb Tools content editing tool, you can make most changes yourself. Feel free to contact a Customer Care specialist to assist you at any time with any modifications or special requests you would like to make. Keep in mind that we may charge you for special requests that are not part of the standard TotalWeb Personal package.
How can I tell who's visiting my site?
TotalWeb Site Traffic Analyzer allows you to see who's visiting your site, when they're visiting and how they found you. Statistics are updated every night at midnight, so the traffic report you see contains timely and relevant data. Total Web stats are available for review whenever you need them. Simply type in "www.yoursite.com/:tools", enter your personal username and password, and click on the "stats" tab to access this data.
Can I transfer my existing site to your servers?
Many customers switch to DigitalWork to take advantage of the tools provided for managing their web site and the extra features we provide. For customers wishing to switch, DigitalWork will re-build your former site to meet DigitalWork coding standards and to ensure the interoperability between your site and the site management tools provided to you.
DigitalWork also will guide you and provide assistance in transferring your domain name, if this is necessary. Just call us at 1-877-496-7571 and we'll work with you to get the job done!
How do I transfer images or other files to my web site? Can I use FTP?
We give you access to areas where you can upload images through our web based TotalWeb Tools, eliminating the need for FTP tools. For security reasons, we do not allow FTP access. Should you need to place a file other than an image on your web site please contact your Customer Care specialist for assistance.
Can I sell products on my web site?
