Site Traffic Analyzer - What Is It and How To Use It
When you put your business online, one of your goals is to get people to go to your site. Unlike with you physical location, you can't see them 'come in' so how do you know when someone has visited your web site? One option is to add a hit counter to the home page of your site, but the number displayed is misleading and overstated for one visitor can produce multiple hits (think of this as the same person entering and leaving your store over and over). Another option would be to hire a Webmaster to monitor and analyze the traffic to your site but this could become very costly for your business. A third option is to statistically track and report who has visited your site with a Site Traffic Analyzer.
Site Traffic Analyzer - What Is It
All TotalWeb sites come with DigitalWork's Site Traffic Analyzer or "stats" tool. This tool allows you to see who's visiting your site, when they're visiting and how they found you. Statistics are updated every night at midnight, so the traffic report you see contains timely and relevant data.
